In 1949 Park Place was established a a block of flats in Central - "the heart of Port Elizabeth". 41 years later, in 1990, Paul and Samantha transformed the block into what we see today.
Park Place with the appropriate slogan "there is a place like home" has become the cosy choice of affordable accommodation for many a foreign visitor and regular business people. Nothing is too much trouble for us to attend to, and our visitors receive the utmost attention when they arrive at Park Place.
